EXTERNAL RENDERING
The key to our rendering system is the use of Fibrocem for our base and second layers.
Fibrocem is a heavy-duty fibreglass resin render, which is by far one of the most superior and proven external renders available on the market.
At SJRendering, we use HD77, which is BBA certified. The product itself has excellent breathability and adhesion. Not only will HD77 fully waterproof your property, it will also create a stunning finished look.

WETHERTEX PRODUCTS
We use Wethertex property coatings as they are known in the industry for their high-quality systems.
Their key product focus is on the protection of property exteriors.
The company itself has 45 years of trading g and experience and all of their products have been developed by their own chemists and finally tested to ensure they work in the most demanding conditions.
All Wethertex products are manufactured in the UK based in North Yorkshire.
